Yoga

When I am at my most stressed, yoga allows me to feel as though nothing else in the world exists.  The breath and the awareness I bring to each physical posture allows me to take my mind off of the chaos of life.  After I practice, I am calmer and more focused.  I can also find energy and inspiration from my practice to take on the day.  I hope you will join me on your mat and discover what gifts yoga might bring to you.
